We believe capital has a conscience, and ours is put to work through care and community. Each member of our team takes one day a quarter to contribute to a cause that matters to them.
The Nest Society is a registered Canadian charity dedicated to the lifelong care of special-needs birds rescued and rehabilitated by wildlife professionals. Operated entirely through donations and volunteer efforts, it offers sanctuary and support to birds injured or displaced, with the promise to care forever.
Terra Centre empowers pregnant teens and young parents to succeed through wraparound support, education, and mentorship. For more than 50 years in Edmonton, it’s provided safe, non-judgmental programs (from high school completion to housing and mental-health services) that help families build stronger futures.
The District of North Vancouver’s Natural Areas Volunteer Team brings together outdoor enthusiasts to restore and care for over 3,000 hectares of parkland: removing invasive species, replanting native forests, maintaining trails, and deepening their connection with local ecology.
Holiday Helpers brings together volunteers to provide support and joy to those in need during the holiday season, ensuring everyone experiences the warmth and spirit of the holidays.
